Job Summary:

Experienced Labor and Delivery RN needed for night shifts in an acute care hospital setting. The position involves providing specialized maternal and neonatal care while adhering to hospital policies and standards.

Responsibilities:

• Deliver patient-centered care to women during labor, delivery, and postpartum stages.
• Monitor fetal heart rates and maternal vital signs to assess progress and detect complications.
• Administer medications and anesthesia as prescribed, ensuring patient safety.
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop and implement individualized birth plans.
• Document patient care activities accurately within Epic and other electronic charting systems.
• Respond effectively to obstetric emergencies and provide critical support during labor.

Qualifications:

• Active SC or multi-state/compact RN license required.
• Minimum of 2 years labor and delivery experience.
• Current BLS, ACLS, and AWHONN certifications required; advanced AWHONN, STABLE, and NRPC preferred.
• Epic charting experience preferred.
• Ability to work night shifts, weekends, and on-call as scheduled.
