Job Summary:

Seeking a skilled Registered Nurse with telemetry experience for a travel assignment, providing high-quality patient care in a dynamic hospital environment. The role requires adherence to specific credentialing and dress code standards to ensure seamless clinical operations.

Responsibilities:

• Deliver comprehensive telemetry nursing care to adult patients in a fast-paced setting.
• Monitor and interpret cardiac rhythms, promptly responding to abnormal findings.
• Document patient assessments, interventions, and responses accurately in electronic medical records.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans.
• Maintain compliance with hospital policies, safety protocols, and dress code requirements.
• Participate in shift handovers and provide patient education as needed.

Qualifications:

• Hold an active RN license with at least 2 years of telemetry nursing experience.
• Demonstrate proficiency with electronic medical records and telemetry equipment.
• Possess effective communication skills to coordinate with healthcare team members.
• Be willing to work day shifts, 7:00 AM to 7:30 PM, with flexibility to float to other units if necessary.
• No restrictions on pending or current licensed status; admit clinicians pending licensure.
• Previous hospital or telemetry experience preferred.
