Job Summary:

Provide specialized occupational therapy services to patients, developing treatment plans to enhance their functional performance and independence.

Responsibilities:

• Assess patients' physical, emotional, and developmental needs related to occupational therapy.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to promote recovery and optimal functioning.
• Document patient progress and modify interventions as necessary.
• Educate patients and their families on therapeutic exercises and adaptive techniques.
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to coordinate patient care.
• Ensure compliance with clinical and safety standards.

Qualifications:

• Possess a valid Occupational Therapist license and appropriate certifications.
• Have prior experience with Epic electronic health record systems.
• Hold Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
• Demonstrate strong assessment and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
