Job Summary:
Provide comprehensive nursing care to surgical patients in a hospital setting. Monitor patient conditions, administer treatments, and collaborate with medical teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.

Responsibilities:

• Assess patient health status upon admission and throughout their stay.
• Administer medications, treatments, and interventions as prescribed.
• Monitor vital signs and respond to changes in patient conditions.
• Collaborate with physicians, specialists, and other healthcare professionals.
• Document patient care activities accurately and thoroughly.
• Educate patients and families on post-operative care and recovery.

Qualifications:

• Valid RN license with at least 2 years of recent Med/Surg experience.
• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills.
• Ability to work effectively in fast-paced, high-pressure environments.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certifications.
• Willingness to travel and adapt to diverse clinical settings.
