Job Details

Job Summary:
Provide vascular and imaging support in the operating room for interventional radiology procedures. This role involves assisting with imaging technologies, ensuring patient safety, and supporting surgical teams during complex procedures.

Responsibilities:

• Support imaging and vascular interventions within the OR environment.
• Prepare and operate imaging equipment, including CT, MRI, and fluoroscopy units.
• Assist surgical staff with sterile techniques and patient positioning.
• Monitor patient status and equipment functionality throughout procedures.
• Adhere to safety protocols, including BLS and ARRT certifications.
• Maintain accurate documentation of procedures performed.

Qualifications:

• Certified Radiologic Technologist (ARRT) and BLS certification required.
• VA license or eligibility to obtain one within 8 weeks.
• Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in vascular IR or imaging support.
• Ability to work rotating shifts and float within scope of practice.
• Valid state license in radiology technology required or pending at time of submission.
