Job Summary:

Seeking a skilled Registered Nurse with OR Circulator and PACU experience to support surgical services. This role involves managing multiple specialties while providing exceptional patient care in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and monitor patient care throughout surgical procedures and post-anesthesia recovery.
• Assist surgical teams by preparing operating rooms and ensuring sterile techniques are maintained.
• Document patient assessments, procedures, and outcomes accurately in the electronic health record.
• Communicate effectively with physicians, anesthesiologists, and other healthcare staff to ensure smooth operation flow.
• Adhere to safety standards and protocols, including certifications such as BLS, ACLS, and PALS.
• Respond to on-call responsibilities and weekends as part of rotating scheduling demands.

Qualifications:

• Hold an active and valid state nursing license at the time of submission.
• Possess at least 2 years of recent OR Circulator and PACU experience.
• Demonstrate proficiency with CERNER EMR/EHR systems.
• Maintain current BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications.
• Exhibit a positive attitude and the ability to stay late if necessary.
• Ability to work in a dynamic environment with a strong team-oriented approach.
