Job Summary:
Perform diagnostic imaging procedures as a CT Technologist in a fast-paced, free-standing emergency department. Provide accurate, safe, and efficient CT and radiology services to patients while ensuring compliance with industry standards and protocols.

Responsibilities:

• Operate GE 64 Slice CT and digital X-ray equipment to perform routine scans and diagnostic procedures.
• Maintain patient safety and comfort throughout imaging processes, following established protocols.
• Accurately document procedures and patient information using the Meditech documentation system.
• Collaborate with medical staff to ensure high-quality patient care, including responding to call shifts as required.
• Adhere to all safety, health, and privacy regulations, including BLS, ARRT, and SCQRSA certifications.
• Demonstrate proficiency in both CT and diagnostic radiology, adjusting techniques based on patient needs and exam requirements.

Qualifications:

• Hold ARRT Radiologic Technologist Certification.
• Possess SCQRSA State Rad Tech license.
• Preferably certified in CT with demonstrated knowledge and experience in CT imaging.
• BLS certification required.
• At least 2 years of imaging experience in emergency or similar settings.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.
