Job Summary:

Seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to provide home health services to geriatric patients within Baltimore County. The role involves managing patient care assignments, documentation, and ensuring compliance with industry standards.

Responsibilities:

• Administer comprehensive home health nursing care to geriatric patients according to physician orders.
• Complete and maintain Oasis documentation accurately and timely.
• Educate patients and family members on health management and treatment plans.
• Manage a daily workload of approximately six patient visits.
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure quality and continuity of care.
• Adhere to all travel compliance and safety regulations during home visits.

Qualifications:

• Hold 2-3 years of home care nursing experience.
• Demonstrate proficiency with Oasis documentation processes.
• Possess BLS certification and a valid driver's license.
• Maintain a valid MD or compact RN license.
• Have reliable access to a personal vehicle for travel.
• Be willing to sign up for on-call and weekend duties if required.
