Job Summary:
Provide specialized speech and language therapy services to patients to improve communication, swallowing, and cognitive-communication skills. Collaborate with medical teams to develop and implement individualized treatment plans ensuring optimal patient outcomes.

Responsibilities:

• Assess patients’ speech, language, and cognitive-communication abilities to determine therapy needs.
• Develop, implement, and modify personalized treatment plans based on patient progress.
• Provide direct therapy sessions to patients across diverse settings.
• Document patient progress, treatment plans, and clinical observations accurately.
• Educate patients and family members on therapy exercises and strategies to support ongoing progress.

Qualifications:

• Hold a valid state license and certification as a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP).
• Demonstrate at least two years of clinical experience in speech-language therapy.
• Possess strong assessment and diagnostic skills for speech and language disorders.
• Exhibit excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Be able to work effectively within multidisciplinary healthcare teams.
