Job Summary:

Provide specialized critical care nursing in ICU settings during overnight shifts. Ensure patient safety and deliver high-quality care in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

• Administer advanced nursing care to critically ill patients in the ICU.
• Monitor patient vital signs and adjust treatment plans accordingly.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care strategies.
• Document patient progress and update medical records accurately.
• Respond swiftly to emergency situations with appropriate interventions.
• Adhere to all safety and health protocols, including TB screening and licensure requirements.

Qualifications:

• Hold an active California RN license.
• Maintain BLS and ACLS certifications.
• Possess proven experience in ICU and ER nursing.
• Demonstrate strong critical thinking and clinical assessment skills.
• Complete negative TB screening within 12 months prior to contract start.
