Job Summary:
Seeking experienced Registered Nurses for a Medical Surgical/Tele resource pool. The role involves providing bedside care within a fast-paced hospital environment, with flexible scheduling options to meet patient and unit needs.

Responsibilities:

• Provide direct patient care for medical-surgical and telemetry patients.
• Manage patient assessments, medication administration, and documentation accurately.
• Float within scope to other units as required, ensuring exceptional coverage.
• Pass clinical skill assessments, including arrhythmia and medication tests on the first day.
• Maintain compliance with hospital policies including attendance and certification requirements.

Qualifications:

• Hold at least 1 year of recent medical-surgical/tele experience; 2+ years preferred.
• Possess current BLS, ACLS, and NIH certifications.
• Be able to pass arrhythmia and medication proficiency assessments.
• Have pending or active license, with eligibility to work within the required radius.
• Be flexible with on-call duties and overtime shifts, including night hours.
