Job Summary:
Seeking experienced ICU Registered Nurses for night shift travel assignments. Candidates must have at least 1 year of ICU experience, hold a pending or active NM license, and be willing to float within their scope.

Responsibilities:

• Provide specialized nursing care for critically ill patients in the ICU setting.
• Administer medications, monitor vital signs, and document patient progress accurately.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans.
• Float to similar units as needed, ensuring seamless patient care delivery.
• Complete required modules and documentation onsite during orientation.
• Adhere to all travel compliance policies, including lab requirements within 48 hours of start.

Qualifications:

• Hold an active or pending New Mexico nursing license prior to assignment start.
• Possess a minimum of 1 year of recent ICU experience in a hospital setting.
• Demonstrate ability to perform high-acuity patient care independently.
• Be adaptable to float across units as needed in a fast-paced environment.
• Maintain current CPR and ACLS certifications.
• Capable of working 12-hour night shifts consistently.
