Job Summary:
The Dietitian will provide nutritional care and counseling within a busy hospital setting, supporting patient health and recovery. This role involves assessing patient needs, developing meal plans, and collaborating with healthcare teams to ensure optimal nutrition outcomes.

Responsibilities:

• Evaluate patients’ nutritional status and develop individualized care plans.
• Provide dietary education and counseling to patients and their families.
• Document assessments and interventions in the electronic medical record system.
• Collaborate with medical staff to integrate nutrition strategies into overall patient care.
• Monitor and adjust nutritional plans based on patient progress and changes in health status.

Qualifications:

• Current credential as a registered Dietitian or Nutritionist.
• Minimum of 2 years experience in clinical nutrition.
• Knowledge of hospital nutrition protocols and medical documentation systems (Meditech preferred).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and adapt to a fast-paced healthcare environment.
