Job Summary:
The Director of Rehabilitation leads and manages the therapy department, overseeing the delivery of patient-centered care for residents. This role involves coordinating treatment programs, supervising staff, and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards in a supportive facility environment.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for residents.
• Supervise and evaluate therapy staff to ensure high-quality care.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes.
• Maintain compliance with healthcare regulations and facility policies.
• Manage departmental operations, including scheduling and resource allocation.

Qualifications:

• Hold a valid South Dakota license as a Therapist (PT, OT, ST, PTA, COTA) or become licensed upon hire.
• Graduate from an accredited therapy program.
• Demonstrate experience in skilled nursing or rehab settings.
• Possess strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Show a commitment to patient-first care and team collaboration.
