Job Description
TactStaff EDU is seeking dedicated and compassionate Special Education Teachers for K–12 resource room placements across multiple school districts throughout Connecticut for the 2026–2027 school year. These roles support diverse student populations in inclusive, growth-minded school communities committed to academic achievement and whole-child development.

Position Highlights
- Locations throughout Connecticut (multiple district options available)
- K–12 Resource Room settings
- Mild to moderate needs; minimal behavioral concerns
- Diverse student populations and inclusive school cultures
- Strong emphasis on collaboration and student growth mindset
- Provide individualized and small-group instruction aligned with IEP goals
- Adapt general education curriculum to meet student needs
- Collaborate with general education teachers, specialists, and families
- Monitor student progress and maintain accurate IEP documentation
- Support academic, behavioral, and social-emotional development
- Foster an inclusive and positive classroom environment
- Valid Connecticut Special Education certification (or eligibility)
- Experience in K–12 educational settings preferred
- Strong classroom management and differentiation skills
- Commitment to inclusive education and student success
- Ability to work collaboratively in team-based environments
- $1,800 per week
