Job Summary:
Seeking a skilled OR RN Circulator to provide exceptional perioperative care in a surgical setting. The role involves supporting surgical teams during various procedures, ensuring patient safety, and maintaining sterile protocols.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and assist in surgical procedures as an OR Circulator, ensuring adherence to all safety and sterility standards.
• Monitor patient vital signs and respond promptly to any intraoperative changes.
• Manage surgical instruments and supplies, ensuring correct sterilization and availability.
• Communicate effectively with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and other surgical staff throughout procedures.
• Document all surgical activities and patient data accurately in compliance with hospital policies.
• Assist with post-operative patient transfer and care instructions as needed.

Qualifications:

• Hold a valid Kansas nursing license with a minimum of 3 years of OR circulator experience.
• Proficient in orthopedic (total joints), general surgery, gynecology, podiatry, endoscopy, and labor/delivery procedures.
• Currently certified in BLS, ACLS, and PALS.
• Demonstrate experience with specialized procedures and equipment related to the OR setting.
• Able to work day shifts Monday through Friday, with on-call responsibilities on weekends.
• Must have an active or compact nursing license and be in compliance with travel and local regulations.
