Job Summary:
Provide specialized nursing care to adult patients in a Medical Surgical/Tele environment. Deliver comprehensive patient assessments, medication administration, and treatment in accordance with established protocols and patient needs.

Responsibilities:

• Assess patient conditions and develop individualized care plans.
• Administer medications and monitor patient responses.
• Perform clinical skills including dressing changes, specimen collection, and sterile procedures.
• Manage and interpret laboratory results, vital signs, and patient histories.
• Communicate effectively with patients, families, and interdisciplinary teams.
• Ensure compliance with all facility policies, including documentation and safety standards.

Qualifications:

• Active RN license in good standing.
• Minimum 1 year of acute care rehab experience; inpatient rehab experience preferred.
• Proficiency with EPIC EHR system.
• Successful completion of Pass/Fail EKG exam prior to start date.
• Strong skills in medication reconciliation, laboratory interpretation, and patient assessments.
• Ability to float across multiple campuses as needed and work night shifts (7:00 PM - 7:30 AM, 3x12s).
