Job Summary:

Seeking an experienced Registered Nurse specializing in infusion therapy for outpatient oncology. The role involves providing high-quality patient care in a fast-paced environment, adhering to industry standards and facility protocols.

Responsibilities:

• Administer chemotherapy and other infusion medications following proper protocols and safety procedures.
• Monitor patient responses during and after treatment, escalating concerns as needed.
• Maintain accurate documentation of treatments, assessments, and patient progress.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans.
• Ensure compliance with certification requirements and institutional policies.

Qualifications:

• Hold a valid California RN license with active status at start of assignment.
• Possess at least 2 years of experience in outpatient oncology infusion settings.
• Required certifications include BLS (AHA or ARC) and ONS/ONCC; OCN preferred.
• Demonstrate proficiency with EPIC electronic health records.
• Provide recent supervisor references and a current Nursys report.
