Job Summary:

Provide specialized nursing care to critically ill patients in the ICU setting during night shifts. Monitor patient conditions, administer treatments, and collaborate with medical teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.

Responsibilities:

• Assess patient health status and develop individualized care plans.
• Administer medications and treatments per physician orders.
• Monitor vital signs, equipment, and patient responses continuously.
• Document patient progress and update medical records accurately.
• Respond promptly to emergency situations and provide life support if needed.
• Collaborate with physicians, specialists, and multidisciplinary teams.

Qualifications:

• Valid registered nurse (RN) license in the applicable state.
• Minimum of 1 year of ICU experience preferred.
• Strong clinical skills in critical care and patient assessment.
• Ability to work independently during night shifts.
• CPR and BLS certification required.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
