Job Summary:

Provide specialized nursing care to patients undergoing cardiac catheterization and electrophysiology procedures within a high-volume Cardiac Cath Lab. Ensure patient safety, comfort, and optimal clinical outcomes through expert clinical skills and compassionate support.

Responsibilities:

• Administer pre- and post-procedure nursing care for cardiac cath and EP patients.
• Monitor patient vital signs and responses continuously during procedures.
• Collaborate with interventional cardiologists and electrophysiologists to ensure procedural success.
• Educate patients and families about procedures, recovery, and follow-up care.
• Maintain sterile techniques and adhere to safety protocols throughout all clinical activities.
• Document procedures, patient responses, and nursing interventions accurately.

Qualifications:

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program with current RN licensure.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in Cardiac Cath Lab or EP settings preferred.
• CPR and ACLS certification required.
• Strong knowledge of cardiovascular anatomy, physiology, and related clinical procedures.
• Ability to perform patient assessments and respond swiftly to emergent situations.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
