Job Summary:
Provide skilled perioperative nursing care to patients undergoing cardiovascular surgery in a high-acuity environment. Collaborate with surgical teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes and safety during procedures.

Responsibilities:

• Administer preoperative, intraoperative, and postoperative care for cardiovascular surgery patients.
• Monitor patient vital signs and respond to clinical changes promptly.
• Assist surgeons and operating room staff with instrumentation and procedural needs.
• Maintain sterile techniques and adhere to infection control protocols.
• Document patient care activities accurately and comprehensively.
• Provide patient education and support throughout the surgical process.

Qualifications:

• Current and active Registered Nurse license.
• Experience in CVOR, cardiovascular, or surgical nursing preferred.
• Knowledge of perioperative protocols and sterile procedures.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills.
• BLS and ACLS certifications required.
