Job Description
Job Summary:
Provides advanced administrative support for senior-level professionals, ensuring efficient document management and communication. Demonstrates proficiency in utilizing Microsoft Office Suite and key database tools to facilitate daily operations.
Responsibilities:
- Create, edit, and format documents using Microsoft Word and Excel with precision.
- Develop and deliver presentations utilizing PowerPoint to communicate strategic information.
- Manage data and generate reports in Access to support decision-making processes.
- Organize and prioritize correspondence, scheduling, and administrative tasks for executives.
- Maintain accurate records and ensure timely printing, saving, and distribution of documents.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in advanced document creation and editing with Microsoft Office Suite.
- Demonstrated knowledge of PowerPoint and Access databases.
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience in an administrative role.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
