Job Summary:

Seeking an Interventional Radiology/Special Procedures Tech to provide imaging support in the OR for vascular IR procedures. This 13-week assignment requires technical expertise, licensing, and adherence to compliance standards to ensure quality patient care and operational efficiency.

Responsibilities:

• Support imaging procedures in the operating room during vascular IR cases.
• Operate imaging equipment following clinical protocols and safety guidelines.
• Collaborate with surgical teams to ensure accurate imaging documentation and procedural success.
• Complete required modules and certifications prior to or during orientation.
• Float within scope of practice as needed, maintaining compliance with facility policies.
• Adhere to travel, licensure, and scheduling requirements specified by the facility.

Qualifications:

• Valid ARRT credential and state license (pending license acceptable with documentation; license in hand by start date required).
• BLS certification required at the time of submission.
• Minimum of 13 weeks of relevant IR/special procedures experience.
• Epic charting experience preferred.
• BSN degree preferred; Nursys verification required.
• Able to work 8-hour day shift from 7:30 am to 4:00 pm, with rotating call every 4th week.
