Job Summary:

Seeking an experienced Charge Nurse for the NICU with proven leadership skills. The ideal candidate will oversee nursing staff and ensure high-quality patient care within the neonatal intensive care unit.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate daily NICU nursing operations to uphold clinical standards.
• Lead, mentor, and support nursing staff to promote team effectiveness.
• Ensure compliance with hospital policies, safety protocols, and regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans.
• Monitor patient outcomes and address clinical issues promptly.
• Maintain accurate documentation and report on unit activities.

Qualifications:

• Valid Registered Nurse licensure with current license.
• Minimum of 2 years of NICU nursing experience.
• Demonstrated leadership and staff management skills.
• Strong clinical knowledge of neonatal care and ICU protocols.
• Ability to work 3x12 shift schedule.
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
