Job Summary:
Provide specialized intensive care nursing services to critically ill patients on a PRN basis. Ensure patient safety, deliver comprehensive care, and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to support recovery and stability.

Responsibilities:

• Assess patient conditions and develop individualized care plans.
• Administer medications, treatments, and interventions as prescribed.
• Monitor vital signs and respond promptly to changes in patient status.
• Document patient care activities accurately and timely.
• Collaborate with physicians and healthcare team to coordinate ongoing care.

Qualifications:

• Valid RN license in good standing.
• Minimum of 2 years of ICU nursing experience.
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications.
• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills.
• Ability to work effectively in high-pressure situations.
