Job Summary:

Provide expert speech and language therapy services to pediatric patients and young adults from birth to age 21. Conduct assessments, develop individualized treatment plans, and collaborate with families and multidisciplinary teams to support communication development.

Responsibilities:

• Evaluate speech and language skills through comprehensive assessments for children and young adults.
• Design and implement personalized therapy programs tailored to each patient's needs.
• Deliver therapy sessions in individual or group settings to promote effective communication.
• Collaborate with families, caregivers, and healthcare providers to ensure cohesive treatment strategies.
• Maintain accurate documentation of patient progress and therapy outcomes.
• Participate in team meetings and engage in ongoing professional development activities.

Qualifications:

• Hold a Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution.
• Possess or be eligible for current Colorado state licensure.
• Clinical Fellows (CFs) are encouraged to apply; supervision will be provided.
• Prefer experience working with pediatric populations.
• Demonstrate strong interpersonal skills and a compassionate approach to therapy.
