Job Summary:
Provide high-quality emergency nursing care in a fast-paced hospital environment, ensuring patient safety and comfort. Coordinate with healthcare teams to deliver efficient treatment for acute conditions and emergencies.

Responsibilities:

• Assess patient conditions swiftly and accurately upon arrival in the emergency room.
• Administer medications, treatments, and procedures such as RSI, stroke protocols, and central line placement.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans.
• Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans as needed, ensuring adherence to protocols.
• Educate patients and families on post-treatment care and safety procedures.
• Maintain accurate documentation of all clinical interventions and patient interactions.

Qualifications:

• Valid RN license with at least 2-3 years of ER or Emergency Department experience.
• Proven experience with high-acuity, fast-paced ER environments, preferably with patient ratios of 5:1 or fewer.
• Certification in BLS, ACLS, and PALS; additional certifications like TNCC, ENPC, NRP are a plus.
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a team, maintain professionalism, and be adaptable.
• Ability to handle stressful situations with a relaxed, friendly, and respectful demeanor.
