Job Summary:
Seeking an experienced Registered Nurse for a 13-week home health assignment providing adult patient care. The nurse will deliver comprehensive home infusion and clinical services, ensuring quality care in a home setting.

Responsibilities:

• Administer adult home health and infusion treatments according to care plans.
• Document patient progress accurately using Epic and other mandated charting systems.
• Follow federal mileage reimbursement guidelines and optimize patient visit scheduling.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to coordinate patient care and ensure safety.
• Float within scope of practice to support various departments and units as needed.
• Maintain compliance with travel, background, and licensing policies throughout the assignment.

Qualifications:

• Valid state RN license; pending licenses accepted with in-hand requirement before start date.
• Minimum of 1 year of adult home health and infusion experience.
• Epic charting experience is required.
• BLS certification is mandatory.
• BSN degree preferred for advanced clinical skills and knowledge.
• Ability to adhere to travel compliance and mileage policies.
