Job Summary:
Responsible for providing specialized respiratory care to pediatric patients in a Level I Pediatric Trauma Center. The role involves delivering high-quality therapy and supporting patient recovery during night shifts.

Responsibilities:

• Administer respiratory treatments and interventions to pediatric patients according to physician orders.
• Monitor and evaluate patient status, adjusting therapy as needed.
• Record and document patient care activities accurately in compliance with hospital policies.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement care plans.
• Ensure all equipment is sanitized and maintained according to safety standards.
• Adhere to facility protocols and comply with all state licensing requirements.

Qualifications:

• Valid TN Respiratory Therapy license required at application.
• Minimum of 2 years of pediatric respiratory therapy experience.
• RRT credential required; CRT not accepted.
• Pediatric care experience is mandatory.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and pass compliance screening.
• Ability to work night shifts with flexibility during holiday periods.
