Job Summary:
The Respiratory Therapist (CRT or RRT accepted) will provide specialized respiratory care to patients, functioning within the critical care setting. This role involves managing ventilator support, administering treatments, and monitoring patient responses under physician orders.

Responsibilities:

• Administer and monitor respiratory therapies, including ventilator management and oxygen therapy.
• Perform thorough assessments of patients' respiratory status and respond promptly to changes.
• Document all treatments and patient responses accurately in compliance with facility protocols.
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to develop and implement patient care plans.
• Maintain active licensure, certifications, and compliance with all regulatory standards.
• Complete required modules and certifications as mandated, maintaining adherence to facility policies.

Qualifications:

• Hold an Ohio RRT license in hand at the time of submission.
• Possess a minimum of 2 years of relevant clinical experience.
• Be NBRC certified and hold active AHA BLS certification.
• Have current, verifiable references from recent supervisors within the past 12 months.
• Maintain a negative drug screen, including nicotine, within the past 12 months.
• Be available for 8 or 12-week assignments, with flexibility for weekend shifts and floating as required.
