Job Summary:
Provides specialized nursing care to telemetry patients, monitoring cardiac activity and responding to abnormal rhythms or vital signs. Collaborates with medical teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes and safety.

Responsibilities:

• Evaluate patient conditions and assess vital signs continuously.
• Monitor cardiac rhythms and interpret diagnostic data accurately.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
• Document patient progress and report significant changes promptly.
• Educate patients and families regarding procedures and post-discharge care.

Qualifications:

• Hold a valid registered nurse (RN) license.
• Show relevant experience in telemetry or cardiac nursing.
• Proficiency in interpreting EKGs and cardiac monitoring systems.
• Demonstrate strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills.
• Ability to work effectively in fast-paced, high-pressure environments.
