Job Summary:
Seeking an experienced Registered Nurse for the Neuro ICU (Neuro Unit) specializing in neuro-critical care. The role involves providing specialized patient care during night shifts with a focus on neuro-related conditions.

Responsibilities:

• Administer comprehensive nursing care to neuro ICU patients based on physician orders.
• Utilize Epic charting system to document patient progress accurately.
• Monitor patient status closely, including neurological and vital parameters.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement care plans.
• Ensure compliance with ACLS, BLS, and NIHSS certification requirements.
• Maintain a patient ratio of 1:2 to deliver quality care efficiently.

Qualifications:

• Hold an active RN license with a minimum of 2 years of neuro ICU experience.
• Demonstrate proficiency in Epic electronic health records.
• Possess current ACLS, BLS, and NIHSS certifications.
• Able to work 12-hour night shifts consistently.
• Reside outside specified counties to qualify for travel assignments.
