Job Summary:


Staff Physical Therapists provide comprehensive outpatient rehabilitative care to a diverse patient population, evaluating and implementing treatment plans to improve functional outcomes. They are committed to clinical excellence, patient-centered service, and professional growth.

Responsibilities:

• Evaluate patients to develop individualized treatment plans based on clinical assessment.
  
• Administer therapeutic interventions to improve mobility, strength, and overall function.
  
• Document patient progress and treatment details accurately in the Epic system.
  
• Collaborate with team members and supervise assistants involved in patient care.
  
• Maintain high standards of patient safety, confidentiality, and ethical practice.
  
• Occasionally float to inpatient settings to support acute care needs.
  
  

Qualifications:

• Valid state licensure as a Physical Therapist.
  
• Proven experience in outpatient rehabilitative therapy, including ortho and neuro cases.
  
• Strong documentation and patient care skills.
  
• Ability to work independently and as part of a healthcare team.
  
• Excellent time management and communication skills.
  
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings; no weekends or holidays required.
