Job Details

Job Summary:
Provide specialized nursing care in the emergency room setting, focusing on trauma and acute patient needs. Ensure timely, safe, and effective treatment for trauma patients and other emergency cases.

Responsibilities:

• Assess and prioritize patient conditions upon arrival.
• Administer emergency treatments and interventions per protocol.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and execute care plans.
• Monitor patient status continuously and document findings accurately.
• Maintain compliance with BLS, ACLS, ENPC or PALS, and TNCC certification requirements.
• Ensure adherence to trauma and safety protocols during all patient care activities.

Qualifications:

• Hold a valid Registered Nurse license in the appropriate state.
• Demonstrate prior experience in Level 1 or Level 2 trauma centers.
• Possess current BLS, ACLS, ENPC or PALS, and TNCC certifications.
• Exhibit strong assessment, critical thinking, and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in high-pressure, fast-paced environments.
