Job Summary:
Provide professional nutritional care and counseling to patients, developing individualized meal plans and dietary strategies to promote health and recovery. Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.

Responsibilities:

• Assess patients' nutritional needs based on medical history and clinical data.
• Develop and implement customized nutrition plans tailored to individual health conditions.
• Educate patients and staff on dietary guidelines and nutritional best practices.
• Monitor and evaluate patients' progress, adjusting plans as necessary.
• Document all interventions and outcomes according to facility protocols.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and facility policies.

Qualifications:

• Hold a valid state license as a Dietitian or Nutritionist.
• Possess BLS certification.
• Have at least 1 year of relevant clinical experience.
• Demonstrate strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Exhibit ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
• Maintain professional registration or credentialing as required.
