Job Summary:
Provide specialized wound care services to patients, ensuring optimal healing and recovery. Utilize clinical expertise and WCC certification to assess, plan, and implement effective treatment protocols. Collaborate with healthcare teams to deliver comprehensive patient care.

Responsibilities:

• Assess patient wound conditions and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Administer wound care procedures following established protocols and best practices.
• Document patient progress accurately and update care plans accordingly.
• Educate patients and families on wound management and prevention strategies.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and compliant clinical environment.
• Adhere to scheduling requirements, working Monday through Friday with occasional weekend shifts.

Qualifications:

• Hold a valid WCC (Wound Care Certified) certification.
• Possess active RN licensure in the relevant state.
• Demonstrate experience in wound care management and treatment.
• Show strong clinical assessment and documentation skills.
• Maintain exceptional communication and patient education abilities.
