Job Details

Job Summary:
Provide comprehensive nursing care to adult medical-surgical inpatients, including orthopedics, neuro-surgical, and level 1 trauma patients. Ensure patient safety, prioritize zero-harm initiatives, and deliver high-quality care to promote optimal outcomes.

Responsibilities:

• Assess patient conditions and develop individualized care plans.
• Administer medications and treatments per physician orders.
• Monitor patient progress and document clinical information accurately.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate care.
• Enhance patient experience through effective pain management, proactive rounding, and bedside hand-offs.

Qualifications:

• Hold a valid RN license in the applicable state.
• Demonstrate at least one year of medical-surgical nursing experience.
• Possess strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills.
• Maintain current CPR and ACLS certifications.
• Exhibit excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
