Position Overview
TACT Staff is seeking a motivated Speech-Language Pathologist Clinical Fellow (CFY) to support students in a Delaware school setting. This is an excellent opportunity to complete your Clinical Fellowship Year in a structured, supportive environment — with district-provided supervision.
In this role, you will help students build critical communication skills that support academic achievement and social success.

In this role, you will help students build critical communication skills that support academic achievement and social success.
Responsibilities
- Conduct speech and language evaluations under supervision
- Develop and implement IEP goals in collaboration with supervising SLP
- Provide direct therapy services in individual and small group settings
- Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports
- Participate in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary collaboration
- Follow Delaware DOE, district, and IDEA compliance standards
- Work closely with assigned supervisor to meet ASHA Clinical Fellowship requirements
- Eligible for Delaware SLP License (Clinical Fellow / Temporary License) through the Division of Professional Regulation
- Eligible for or able to obtain Delaware DOE Certification – Speech/Language Pathologist
