Job Summary:
Provide end-of-week and end-of-shift documentation and analysis to ensure accurate clinical and operational records. Coordinate with healthcare teams to facilitate seamless transition between shifts and ensure compliance with institutional standards.

Responsibilities:

• Compile and review end-of-shift and end-of-week documentation for completeness and accuracy.
• Communicate effectively with clinical staff to clarify patient status and care notes.
• Ensure all required documentation is completed promptly and stored in appropriate systems.
• Assist in identifying and addressing documentation discrepancies or omissions.
• Maintain confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA and facility policies.
• Support quality assurance initiatives through accurate data entry and record management.

Qualifications:

• Demonstrate strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Possess excellent written communication skills.
• Have prior experience with healthcare documentation or medical record management.
• Hold a high school diploma or equivalent; healthcare certifications preferred.
• Be proficient in electronic health record (EHR) systems and MS Office Suite.
• Show ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
