Position Overview
TACT Staff is seeking a compassionate and skilled School-Based Speech & Language Pathologist (SLP) to support students in a dynamic educational setting. The service delivery model (in-person, hybrid, or remote) will align with the district’s specific requirements.
In this role, you will help students develop the communication skills necessary for academic success and meaningful participation in the classroom.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive speech and language evaluations and re-evaluations
• Interpret assessment data and determine eligibility under IDEA guidelines
• Develop and implement measurable IEP goals
• Provide direct therapy services as required by the district’s service model
• Maintain compliant documentation, progress reports, and service logs
• Participate in IEP meetings and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams
• Consult with teachers, parents, and support staff to support student progress
• Ensure services align with district, state, and federal regulations

• Active State SLP License 
• State Department of Education certification (if required for school-based employment)
