Job Summary:
Provide outpatient physical therapy services in a healthcare facility, ensuring patient recovery and well-being. Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop and implement treatment plans tailored to patient needs. Maintain compliance with licensing and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities:

• Deliver quality physical therapy treatments to patients according to prescribed plans.
• Assess patient progress and adjust therapy approaches accordingly.
• Document patient evaluations, treatment sessions, and progress notes accurately.
• Collaborate with physicians and healthcare team members to optimize patient outcomes.
• Ensure compliance with licensing requirements and maintain valid Arizona PT license or ETA.
• Support adherence to facility policies and industry best practices.

Qualifications:

• Hold a valid Arizona physical therapist assistant (PTA) license or be able to provide an ETA for license approval.
• Possess the necessary state licensure and registration credentials.
• Demonstrate strong knowledge of physical therapy techniques and equipment.
• Exhibit excellent communication and patient care skills.
• Be able to work a five-day week, totaling 32 hours guarantee.
