Job Summary:

Assist licensed physical therapists in providing rehabilitative care to patients, supporting their recovery and functional independence. Ensure the delivery of high-quality physical therapy services in a clinical setting.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in assessing patient needs and implementing treatment plans under supervision.
• Prepare and maintain treatment areas and equipment for therapy sessions.
• Execute therapeutic exercises and interventions as directed by the licensed therapist.
• Document patient progress and maintain accurate clinical records.
• Educate patients and caregivers on home exercises and injury prevention.
• Adhere to all safety, health, and professional standards.

Qualifications:

• Successful completion of an accredited Physical Therapy Assistant program.
• Valid state licensure or certification as a Physical Therapy Assistant.
• Ability to follow detailed treatment plans and clinical instructions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Prior experience in short-term and long-term care settings preferred.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
