Seeking a dedicated Occupational Therapist to provide patient-centered therapy services in a supportive clinical environment. The role involves assessing and developing individualized treatment plans to enhance patient functioning and independence.

Responsibilities:

• Assess patients’ physical, sensory, and cognitive abilities to determine therapy needs.
• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans aligned with patient goals.
• Document patient progress accurately and communicate with interdisciplinary team.
• Educate patients and caregivers on therapeutic exercises and techniques.
• Adjust therapy strategies based on patient response and progress.
• Maintain compliance with all regulatory and facility standards.

Qualifications:

• Hold valid state licensure as an Occupational Therapist.
• Possess clinical experience in an outpatient or inpatient rehabilitation setting.
• Demonstrate strong assessment and documentation skills.
• Show excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Be committed to providing compassionate patient care.
• Maintain CPR and other relevant certifications.
