Job Summary:
Assist licensed physical therapists in delivering rehabilitative care to patients across various healthcare settings. Ensure efficient therapy sessions and support patient progress through therapeutic activities.

Responsibilities:

• Implement treatment plans under the supervision of a licensed physical therapist.
• Monitor and document patient responses during therapy sessions.
• Assist in preparing treatment environments and necessary equipment.
• Educate patients and families on exercises and therapies to promote recovery.
• Maintain compliance with safety protocols and organizational policies.
• Support the overall functioning of the therapy department to enhance patient outcomes.

Qualifications:

• Hold current certification as a Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA).
• Demonstrate clinical competence and familiarity with rehabilitative procedures.
• Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Show ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
• Maintain licensure in good standing as required by the state.
