Job Summary:
Responsible for evaluating, developing, and implementing treatment plans to improve patient mobility and function. Collaborates with healthcare teams to deliver patient-centered care in various clinical settings.

Responsibilities:

• Assess patients’ physical conditions and develop personalized therapy plans.
• Administer physical therapy interventions to promote recovery and enhance mobility.
• Educate patients and families on exercises and strategies to maintain progress.
• Document patient progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly.
• Maintain compliance with all healthcare regulations and facility policies.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes.

Qualifications:

• Hold a valid state or national license as a Physical Therapist.
• Possess a degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• Demonstrate strong clinical assessment and treatment skills.
• Exhibit excellent communication and patient education abilities.
• Maintain current CPR and professional certifications.
