Gaudy is the Vice President of New Business Development at TactStaff and has a strong background in Human Resources and healthcare staffing. Gaudy is passionate about delivering exceptional service and supporting healthcare professionals and organizations through reliable staffing solutions. Prior to her current role, she worked as an HR Assistant in a hospital setting and later as a Compliance Manager at TactStaff. In both positions, she played a key role in onboarding new hires and managing responsibilities including auditing, compliance, employee benefits, and employee mediation. Today, Gaudy focuses on building and strengthening relationships with hospitals and healthcare facilities throughout New York, Connecticut, Massachusetts, and New Jersey. Her experience across HR, compliance, and client relations has given her a well-rounded understanding of both client and healthcare professional needs, allowing her to provide responsive support and high-quality service. Born and raised in Orange County, California, I got my start as a Court Appointed Special Advocate (CASA) while studying Behavioral Science at CSUDH, which sparked a deep passion for supporting and advocating for others. I went on to work in school-based autism programs, earned my MA in ABA, and taught in a self-contained elementary classroom, where I loved working with diverse learners and complex needs. That path eventually led me to small-town Colorado and into my recruiting career, where I continue to stay connected to my passion for people and meaningful impact. I’m especially driven by special education, working with diverse populations, and advocating for marginalized groups in all the spaces I’ve been part of. Outside of work, you’ll usually find me at Disneyland, hanging out with my corgi, being the fun aunt, going to concerts, or traveling with my husband.

Business Development Manager
I was born and raised in the Hickory area of North Carolina, and with most of my family working in healthcare, I naturally gravitated toward helping others. I studied Health and Human Sciences at Western Carolina University, which led me into healthcare staffing. Along the way, my experience with my uncle, who has Down syndrome, deepened my personal connection to special education. Transitioning into special education staffing was a natural progression, allowing me to merge my passion for people with meaningful impact. Now, as a Business Development Representative at TactStaff EDU, I love building relationships with districts and ensuring students have the support they need. Outside of work, I’m an avid golfer and cherish spending time with my family.
