Job Summary:
Provide specialized perioperative nursing care in the operating room setting, ensuring patient safety and optimal outcomes. Collaborate with surgical teams to deliver high-quality, efficient surgical procedures and patient support.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare surgical patients by reviewing medical histories and ensuring all necessary equipment and supplies are available.
• Assist during surgical procedures by maintaining a sterile environment and supporting the surgical team.
• Monitor patient vital signs and respond promptly to any changes in patient condition.
• Administer medications and anesthesia as directed by the surgical team.
• Document all perioperative care activities accurately and thoroughly.

Qualifications:

• Hold an active Registered Nurse license in the State of Colorado or a compact state.
• Maintain current CPR, ACLS, and PALS certifications.
• Possess a minimum of 3 years of relevant operating room experience.
• Demonstrate strong knowledge of surgical procedures, sterilization techniques, and patient safety protocols.
• Exhibit excellent communication, teamwork, and critical thinking skills.
