Job Summary:
Provides specialized critical care to patients experiencing life-threatening conditions, ensuring stabilization and supporting vital organ functions. Utilizes advanced equipment and medication management to deliver comprehensive ICU nursing care.

Responsibilities:

• Assess and monitor critically ill patients to detect changes in condition promptly.
• Administer medications, fluids, and treatments in accordance with physician orders and protocols.
• Manage and operate advanced ICU equipment, including ventilators and life-support systems.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized patient care plans.
• Document patient status, interventions, and responses accurately and timely.

Qualifications:

• Possess current licensure as a Registered Nurse.
• Demonstrate ICU nursing experience and proficiency in critical care protocols.
• Hold certification in Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS).
• Show strong assessment, critical thinking, and decision-making skills.
• Ability to work effectively in high-pressure, fast-paced environments.
