Job Summary:
Seeking a skilled RN for Labor and Delivery to deliver exceptional care to postpartum, gynecology, surgical, and medical overflow patients. The ideal candidate will be proficient in neonatal management, breastfeeding support, and emergency neonatal resuscitation, contributing to positive maternal and infant outcomes.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and care for postpartum, gynecology, surgical, and overflow patients.
• Assist with newborn care, including breastfeeding and infant nutrition support.
• Perform neonatal resuscitation following NRP guidelines.
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement patient care plans.
• Monitor and document patient progress, ensuring compliance with safety standards.
• Lift up to 50 lbs when necessary to safely assist patients and newborns.

Qualifications:

• Valid Oregon State RN License required.
• Recent acute care hospital experience within the past five years.
• Strong clinical skills in postpartum, obstetric, and neonatal care.
• Certification in BLS, ACLS, and NRP.
• BSN preferred; national lactation or perinatal certification highly desired.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work effectively in high-pressure environments.
