Job Summary:
The CCU Registered Nurse provides specialized care to critically ill patients in a dedicated Cardiac Care Unit. They deliver comprehensive, patient-centered nursing services, ensuring optimal outcomes and safety.

Responsibilities:

• Administer medications and treatments following physician orders and clinical protocols.
• Monitor patient vital signs and assess clinical conditions regularly.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and update individualized care plans.
• Document patient care activities accurately using standard electronic charting systems.
• Respond promptly to patient emergencies and escalate concerns to the medical team.
• Adhere to infection control, safety standards, and hospital regulations.

Qualifications:

• Valid RN license in hand, with minimum 2 years of relevant experience in ICU or CCU.
• Current BLS, ACLS, and NIH certification required.
• Demonstrate strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills.
• Able to work night shifts (3x12 hours) and float when necessary.
• Must pass a facility-conducted drug screening including marijuana.
• Willing to adhere to travel compliance guidelines and local radius restrictions.
